About This Service
Sertu, also known as Samak, is the Islamic ritual purification process used to cleanse surfaces, items, or spaces that have come into contact with najis mughallazah (severe impurities), such as dogs or pigs and their derivatives. It is a requirement in Islamic practice to restore an area to a state of purity (taharah) so it can be used with peace of mind.
Our Sertu (Samak) service is carried out by trained cleaners who follow the proper procedure with care and respect. The process involves an initial wash using water mixed with clean soil (or an approved clay-based cleansing agent), followed by six subsequent washes with pure (mutlak) water, ensuring the affected area is purified in accordance with Islamic guidelines.
This service is ideal for homes, vehicles, business premises, and properties that require ritual cleansing, giving Muslim households and owners confidence that their space has been properly purified.
